1. Christmas (December 24, 25)
I spent a wonderful 12 days with the love of my life, from Dec
19th to the 31st. At 2:33am on the 25th, she accepted my proposal
of marriage. A day I will never forget.

 2. Beauty and the Beast on Broadway (March 14)
More pics w/Deb, and an incredible show. Well worth the effort
it took to make it after coming back from Japan a week later
than expected. Having to drive in NY as jet-lagged as I was
    wasn't fun...

 3. Trip to Japan (June 12 - July 6)
Took the bullet train to Kyoto for a weekend, and got to see
a lot more of Tokyo as I managed to use more of the train system
without screwing up. Work wasnt quite as hectic, but I still
ended up staying about a week longer than expected. Could have
    been much worse.

 4. Celine Dion in Chapel Hill (September 25)
Despite the traffic disaster this created between I-40 and the
Dean Dome, it was an awesome show. From the front row, I had
a great opportunity to see just how much she puts into her show.

 5. Flyers vs. Hurricanes (November 20)
The Flyers easily controlled the 'canes in a 3-1 win. Got third
row seats behind the Flyers bench for $50... cant beat that.

 6. Sarah McLachlan in Charlotte (March 24)
Great show... Lisa Loeb opened and the auidence was really into
    both performers. Both sounded great.

 7. Trip to Japan (February 20 - March 13)
A little more time to myself, at least early on... but still way
too much business over the last 2 weeks. Even still, it was a
blast and I was a little more confident this time around.

 8. Flyers vs. Hurricanes in Greensboro (March 29)
The Flyers dominated the first and second periods en route to
a 3-1 win... even with Lindros still sidelined with post
concussion syndrome, this team is fun to watch.

 9. SMI in San Jose (August 24 -28)
Yeah, I'm listing an industry trade show as a memorable experience.
It was my first real interaction with people who use the software
I write in real world situations. Got really good feeback and more
of a feel for the SMT industry overall.

10. Gypsy at the Paper Mill Playhouse (October 24)
Another woderful performance by Deborah Gibson on the last weekend
of the show. Her portrayal of Gypsy Rose Lee was well worth the
    trip.
