Chartered by Congress, the purpose of the Reserve Officers Association is to support and promote the development and execution of a military policy for the United States that will provide adequate national security.

Membership Eligibility Requirements

Active, retired, and former Reserve, Guard and Regular commissioned officers and warrant officers of the Uniformed Services are cordially invited to join ROA.
