From Jon Whipple/KI4LIV (KI4LIV@Gmail.com) For about 6 months now I have had a FREE Law Enforcement audio feed coming off of the Rockledge tower available via the internet utilizing both ProScan and Windows Media. You can read more about ProScan at www.proscan.org , and the monitoring client is 100% free. The big benefit of ProScan is that you get a duplicate of the scanner's display on your screen, plus very low bandwidth usage. You can also RECORD the audio right from within the free monitoring app!
