Sergeant Units are dispatched by their Shift and Area Covered.
Example: S1 Central (S1 = Sergeant Day Shift / Central District)

3 - Midnight Shift

West District - Zones 1, 2, 3
South District - Zones 4, 5
Central District - Zones 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
