Asheboro Copperheads Baseball | |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The Asheboro Copperheads are a summer college baseball team playing in the Coastal Plain League. The league is composed of fifteen teams with players from the college and university ranks across the eastern US. Many players have gone on to play professional baseball. We have been season ticket holders of the Copperheads for seven years and attended regularly prior to that. We have hosted a player in 2006, 2007, and again in 2010. The Baseball Almanac is preserving the history of Baseball. What would baseball be without Bud Abbott and Lou Costello asking the eternal question of "Who's on First?"
