2015 Reunion - During the 2014 chapter reunion business meeting, National ADVA Commander Larry Swank discussed his vision for upcoming National ADVA reunions. The 2015 National reunion will be somewhere in our Eastern Regional Chapter area. ADVA is looking at either Harrisburg, Pennsylvania or Hampton, Virginia. Seeing as this will have an impact on the ERC to some extent, Larry felt we needed this information in order for the chapter to plan for our 2015 ERC reunion as well as being on line to offer some support for the 2015 National Reunion.
Later on in the 2014 business meeting the chapter discussed this and voted on not having a ERC reunion in 2015. The ERC annual business meeting will be held in conjunction with the National ADVA 2015 Reunion. Commander Swank advised the Chapter that ERC will have its own Breakout Room during the National 2015 reunion for us to use for our annual business meeting and use as a hospitality room should we desire.

2007 Reunion - It was decided at our 2005 chapter reunion that since the 2007 ADVA National Reunion, June 21-24, in Buffalo, NY, is being planned by some of our chapter members, that we would not have a separate chapter reunion. We will however, have a chapter meeting and election of officers immediately following the national meeting on Saturday morning.

2006 Reunion was another great success at the Ronkonkoma Holiday Inn on Long Island, New York, October 19-22, 2006. It was hosted by our Vice-Commander, Connie Steers. On Friday we took an all-day excursion to the "Cradle of Aviation" museum, which included the IMAX movie. Tom Gwynne, the VP for Programs gave us a personal tour since we were a Veterans group. Tom flew F4 Phantoms over Hanoi during the Vietnam War. After a great lunch at the Red Planet Café, which included grilled salmon, we toured the Vanderbilt summer home museum and planetarium. Saturday the group took an all-day tour of the Atlantis Marine World. Saturday night's annual banquet started with a memorial service and was very memorable for the great food and fellowship. ADVA National Commander Larry Watson and Sr. Vice Commander Dave Taylor were with us throughout the reunion. Larry brought us up to date at the banquet, on what was happening at the national level with the new committees and initiatives that have been undertaken. After the banquet we held our annual meeting at which the officers were elected for the 2006-2007 year. All current officers were reelected except for the position of Secretary, which was vacant. Elmer Wright volunteered to fill that post and he was nominated and elected. Thanks Elmer! The chapter's 2007 reunion will coincide with the ADVA National Reunion in Buffalo, since our chapter is sponsoring the National Reunion next year. After the ADVA Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 23rd, the Chapter will have a short annual meeting to elect officers for the following year. The Eastern Chapter's 2008 reunion will be held in the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area in late September 2008. We are working with our newly merged New England Chapter members and invite them to join us in Buffalo.
