Hi! My name is Anne. The following information tells a little bit about us. We are a small hobby kennel located in Western Jefferson County in Alabama. We have been showing and breeding shelties since 1994. Prior to that, we acquired our first pet sheltie in 1988. We came up with our kennel name by simply reversing our last name; it is pronounced sir-ron. We have an average of 1 to 2 litters per year. Our puppies are raised in the house and well socialized. Our companion puppies are usually ready to go between 8 to 10 weeks of age. We sell our companion puppies on a spay/neuter limited registration contract. We guarantee our puppies to be in good health at the time of sale. Our goal is to produce healthy, sound, and intelligent dogs, conforming to the AKC Standards as closely as possible. Our showing team consists of our daughter, Samantha, and myself. Samantha does the showing and I do the grooming of the shelties. Samantha also has her own dog, Cuba, an English Cocker Spaniel, for whom she does all the grooming. She also is a very good junior handler. We show as much as our schedule will allow (or should I say Samantha's schedule) due to her being a cheerleader and dancer. The other part of our team is my husband, Mike. He lends us his support and takes care of the dogs that are not showing when we are away. We also have a son, Mike, Jr., who attends UAB. If you see us at the shows, come by and say hello!
