PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Attorney Lagner has been practicing law since 1984 and is currently with the Erie County Public Defenders Office. He has been affiliated with various attorneys at other locations in the City of Erie. He has previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Erie County from 1988 to 1992. He has also served as an instructor for students at the Erie Business Center teaching various subjects including: Criminal Law, Business Law, Family Law and Real Estate Law. While in law school, Attorney Lagner worked as a Legal Intern / Law Clerk for the Tax Commissioner at the City of Toledo Department of Revenue, Income Tax Division. Since his admission to the bar in 1984, he has maintained memberships in the Pennsylvania and Erie County Bar Associations.
