Layout Construction starts 

Layout benchwork is L girders with a cookie cutter top. I am using MTH Scaletrax for track and Woodland Scenics for my roadbed. 1st and second levels are 3/4" plywood sub-roadbed and the top level is 1/2" plywood with 1/2" foam board over the top of that.  I am going to be using construction foam board and also
