Classes are held on the following days and times:

       We teach real self defense and fighting techniques.    

 
15 to 30 minute warm-up and stretching exercises.

 

Class starts with exercises to help condition the 
body for the upcoming workout. 
 
 
Real world Fighting

Kung Fu/Muai Tai techniques that are as effective in the ring 
as they are on the street in real life or death situations.
 
Formal Self Defense techniques

Kung Fu techniques that condition the mind to react
 instinctively in real life or death situations
 
Forms

 

To help improve coordination and balance.
Learn how techniques flow from one to the other.

Sparing

Learn how to use your skills in fully padded sparring matches.
Students of all levels participate in sparring.

 

 

Quick Reaction Drills

 

We end each class with Quick Reaction Drills to help

hone your reflexes in response to any attack.

 

 

We are here to teach you the skills that give you the
confidence to take care of yourself in everyday life.
