21, 2007 -
Students of Tay Sơn Nhạn travel to Louisiana for advanced
training with Master Mike. Master Jerry, Sifu Gabe, Sifu Ross, Sifu Greg and
two other adult students, Keith and Joe, spent the weekend learning from
Master Mike the principles of controlled breathing and harnessing internal
Qi power for more fluid movement and effective strikes. Pictures |

June 10,
2005 - A face-to-face meeting took place between Grandmaster Hong Nhan and
Tony Jordan with Master Jerry James as a witness. Grandmaster Hong Nhan
formally informed Tony Jordan that he, Tony Jordan, is not the Lead
Instructor of Tay Sơn Nhạn Kung Fu and that he will no longer back Tony
Jordan in what he teaches. |

June 5, 2005
- Tay Sơn Nhạn will be changing it's hours on Thursdays from 8:30pm to
9:30pm to 7:30pm to 9:30pm. |

2005 - Grandmaster Hong Nhan has decided to change the
Tay Sơn Nhạn
uniform from the black Karate style to a black traditional Kung Fu style.
With rope buttons and high collar, the new uniform reflects the Kung Fu
heritage of Tay Sơn Nhạn. The uniforms and patches are available through
Grandmaster Hong Nhan. Students Blue sash and higher are required to have
all patches. |

2005 - Grandmaster Hong Nhan has declared that he is the ONLY Chief
Instructor of ALL Tay Sơn Nhạn Kung Fu,
including the United States and Vietnam. Grandmaster
Hong Nhan has also declared that Tony Jordan no longer holds any claims or
titles to Chief Instructor of Tay Sơn Nhạn Kung Fu and is no
longer affiliated with Grandmaster Hong Nhan. |

April 2005 -
Grandmaster Hong Nhan
returns from Vietnam and has
taken a full role in teaching Tay Sơn Nhạn along side Master Jerry to
bring back the true and effective style of Tay Sơn Nhạn. A combination
of Southern Shaolin Kung Fu and Muay Tai fighting, Tay Sơn Nhạn is an
effective and deadly style of martial arts. |

January 1,
2005 - Tay Sơn Nhạn moved to the Vietnamese Community Center to start
training. |
