Scanners are connected to a PC exclusivly used to stream over the internet. Here are the details.

1. The head phone output of each scanner is connected to the input of the PC's sound card.

2. My PC is running a program free from Microsoft called, "Microsoft Media Encoder". This program converts the audio of the scanners to digital format then sends it over the internet.

Since the program is from Microsoft, only Windows Media Player will decode this format. (Please let me know if this works with another player)
