Since that time, Gwen has continued to polish her skills and develop a repertoire of folk tales, legends, inspirational stories, and personal stories. She has enjoyed sharing these stories with groups of all ages at schools, churches, bookstores, conferences, dinner parties, and retreats throughout the country.
In 1992, Gwen founded the Richardson/Plano Storytelling Guild, now known as the North Forty Storytellers, an affiliate of the Texas Storytelling Association. She presented on stage at several Tejas Storytelling Festivals, has been featured at corporate programs, and educational leadership workshops. Gwen has also participated in the School for Sacred Storytelling and has been selected for the touring artist of the Texas Commission on the Arts.
Gwen has taught both public and private schools, adult literacy programs, and in her own piano studio. These experiences enable her to create and teach meaningful storytelling workshops to a variety of groups. As an educator, Gwen Caldwell is also aware of the tremendous potential stories hold for awakening the imagination, developing problem solving skills, and fostering creativity. She has successfully turned that potential into a reality as she tells stories to all ages in many different settings.

"Gwen's versatility and enthusiasm bring stories to life for all ages."
