        On Jan. 8, 2012, Serra Club Of Tiffin met at St. Joseph Church at 4:00 p.m. for Holy Hour. Christmas Party followed in the Upper Room, Deacons, Religious and members attended-46 poeple.

         Also on Jan. 8 & 15,2012-Vocation awareness breakfasts at St. Joseph  & St. Marys cafeterias with pancakes, sausage, fruitcups & beverages. 65 attended St. Josephs and 35 attended St. Marys.

       On Jan. 17, 2012 at 6 p.m. at the Uppr Room at the St. Joseph Activities Center, Tiffin Serra Club met with prayer, following the 5:15 p.m. mass at St. Joseph Church. A meal followed.

        Pat Englehart opened the meeting with prayer. Inductions of 4 new members- Don & Ann Hutzel,Clarann Wise & Agnes Zeiger. Fr. Joseph Szybka said 2 priests are on sabbaticals- please pray for them. He reminded us about Roe vs. Wade, to pray to end abortions.

        Thank-you cards were recieved from Matt Frisbee, Sr. Marie Labrie, Fr. Phil Smith & Chris Mileski for Christmas gifts. Pauline Reinhart said Serra will send many ketsup packets to Rev. Phil Smith as the ketsup in Rome is not tasty. Joann Kirian gave the financial report. Clarann Wises' son left St. Meindrad Semenary and headed back to Alaska- saying it was not for him. He returned gas card & check.

        Dave Mileski was the speaker of the evening- he spoke on the different offices of Serra,-President- Secrectary- Vice-President of Vocation- Program- membership-communications-Treasurer- Chaplin- Club Trustees. Pat ended the meeting with prayer.
