JUNE MEETING recap -

Gerry Massey spoke to us about the many services provided by Resources for Seniors.

Resources for Seniors is a private, non-profit organization serving senior and disabled adults in Wake County by providing home and community-based services and information, so that they can maximize their choices for comfort, safety, security and well-being.

Services include direct care, support services, care management, consulting, and information outreach. Resources for Seniors serves as Wake County’s Council on Aging, providing excellence in service and care for individuals and their families.

We helped both John Gallagher and Andy Borash celebrate their June birthdays. Wedding anniversaries during June included Bill & Mary Kapella as well as John & Lori Durfee.

The music for our luncheon was provided by Roger Repp and Bill Kapella. The music selections included three themes: Flag Day, Father's Day and Summertime.
