Buenos Aires, the Paris of the Americas, is the birthplace of the Tango, the sultry, seductive dance known world-wide.  Portenos, as residents of Buenos Aires call themselves, are fiercely proud of their Western heritage, identifying themselves more with Europe than their South American neighbors.  The neighborhood of San Telmo, where this image was taken, is elegantly preserved and is the oldest district of Buenos Aires.  Each Sunday during the summer you can find treasures such as these seltzer bottles at the outdoor antique fair.
