July 14, 2009 Tuesday (Day Before The Reunion)

Irene, Robert, & Mike Connolly have already arrived to set things up for the soon to arrive Dragons

5:00 p.m.

The Hospitality Room is officially open for any early arrival Dragons.

 

July 15, 2009 Wednesday Reunion First Day

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.	Hospitality Suite is open for Reunion. Registration. We’re there, call us.
Hotel Arrival	Check in at the front desk for your room. Ask front desk personnel to direct you to the information message boards. They will say "Kubasaki Reunion Hospitality Suite Room...."   Irene’s Cell Phone : (808) 722-7160 Robert’s Cell Phone : (808) 256-5453 Mike’s Cell Phone : Sorry he’s behind the bar
5:30 p.m.	Hospitality Room closed for Welcome Reception
6:30 p.m.	Deja Vu Welcome Reception (room to be announced at registration - information packet). Dress is casual to dressy. No t-shirts, shorts, flip flops tonite, c’mon gang it’s Vegas pahty time. No host cocktails, dinner, music, dancing.
12:00 p.m. to Dawn	Welcome Reception ends....Hospitality Suite Open until Dawn.

 

July 16, 2009 Thursday Reunion 2nd Day, Staying Alive

9:00 a.m.	Hospitality Suite Open : Everyone is there....Hang over remedies, non-stop music (thanks Tim Gilliland), DVD’s, karaoke, class albums...Beer, water, booze, oh yeah.....there’s you.
Breakfast or Lunch	Breakfast or lunch at Planet Dailies (it’s in your full package). If Connolly eats there you know it’s good.
11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m	Hospitality Suite : Christmas in July : Back by popular demand. The Camilla jewelry folks in Maui are practically giving away jewelry prices to Irene’s Dragons. Sorry guys, you gamble the ladies shop ‘til they drop.
6:00 p.m	Hospitality Room closes for the Big Kahuna Pool Party event. Did you bring your muumuu? Tie Dye? Surf Jams? Aloha Wear? Full body thongs? Toga party sheets - o.k. Dinner, Music, Dancing, No host booze, POOL IS OPEN JUST FOR US. YEEEESss BABY.
12:00 p.m	Big Kahuna Party ends.   HOSPITALITY SUITE IS NOW OPEN ‘TIL THE LAST DRAGON IS DOWN.

 

July 17, 2009 Friday Dragon Day - Hooking Up

As you can see gang, we still have a lot of things but we’ve also kept it open for you all to HOOK UP by attending shows, PUB CRAWLING, Special Todai all you can eat sushi discount tickets, so make plans and do what you planned to do....HOOK UP WITH DRAGONS. Giant Post It’s message boards in the Hospitality Suite.

..........And we have late nite specials : Okinawa Matsuri (festival) in the now infamous Hospitality Suite.

9:00 a.m.	Hospitality Suite Open : Your stamina is a testament to your class, or no class. Music is still goin’ drinks are still flowin’, Mike, where are the Mudslides!! Bloody Mary’s, DEFINITELY.   Hospitality Suite open 24 hours.   GIANT HOOK UP POST IT’S will list reunion attendees and place to leave your cell phone numbers.
Breakfast or Lunch	Breakfast or lunch at Planet Dailies (it’s in your full package). Mike never left, it’s terrific food. Tell him to get his own.
11:00 a.m.	Hospitality Suite : Christmas in July : still going Missed it yesterday? Special surprises today. Killer jewelry prices to Irene’s Dragons. C’mon guys isn’t a happy woman worth the winnings on the crap table?
10:00 p.m. - Dawn	Okinawa Matsuri (festival), Sake, musubi’s, various and sundry delicacies, just like being back on The Rock, BANZAI!! Karaoke Please. Kimono’s, Okinawa T-shirts, Banzai head bands, you get the picture, we’re in the village.

 

July 18, 2009 Saturday THE FINAL DAY & EVENT

9:00 a.m.	Hospitality Suite Open and still going! Dragons are like the Energizer Bunnies. Going, and going, but not yet gone. More booze, Jalapeno Peppers, Jack Daniels, More music - Tim programmed 10 non stop days, Karaoke, more snacks, water bottles everywhere.
Brunch	At The SPICE MARKET BUFFET. Downstairs of the main casino. You’ll see it, has got it’s own entrance! It’s included in your full package. Champagne brunch, #1 BUFFET IN VEGAS. Don’t go alone. Hook up with Alumni. You’re going to need the support and someone to carry you out. Naps recommended.
5:00 p.m.	Hospitality Suite is closed for THE DRAGONS GRAND BALL with THE DUST. So guys, take a shower please. Ladies did you schedule a hair appointment? Dress is DRESSY!! Guys please dress to impress and ladies flash and class, c’mon it’s Vegas waddaya saving that gown for?
6:00 p.m.	Photography details will be announced in the hospitality suite.
6:30 p.m. to midnight	DRAGON’S GRAND BALL with THE DUST. No host cocktails, dinner BUFFET (oh no, I’m going to blow up), Dancing, Drinking, Eating, Laughing until we pass out, no offense. Dragons, leave it all here, What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas.
Midnight to Dawn	THE HOSPITALITY SUITE IS OPEN UNTIL YOU DROP.

 

July 19, 2009 Sunday ‘Parting is such sweet sorrow’ Boo Hoo

10:00 a.m.	Hospitality Suite is Open. Boo Hoo, hugs, kisses, photo ops., more booze. Can you handle?
11:00 a.m.	Hotel check out. If you’re leaving later, drop your bags and relax in the Hospitality Suite

FOR YOU DIE HARDS WHO ARE STAYING EXTRA DAYS, THE HOSPITALITY SUITE IS OPEN UNTIL   MONDAY 10:00 a.m.

We can’t believe it’s over. ‘Twas a Midsummer Nights Dream? Did we inhale and dream it? Or do we live it every day? We say in Hawaii "A HUI HOU KAKOU".....until we meet again, what’s Irene got in mind? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
