Williams Pin•Bot (update coming soon)
Pin•Bot has sold!
OK, when I got my latest pin I only had so much room, so I I sold the Pin•Bot to someone else who I think will really enjoy it. I would have kept it if I had the space since I think the music & sounds are simply great, and the layout is fun to play too, but I just didn't have the room.
For posterity's sake, here was the pertinent info:
Pretty good condition. There is minor wear and the playfield isn't glass-smooth and crystal clear, but it still looks good. The colored lanes leading to the helmet have been touched up. It's an OK job - you can tell it's been touched up but it doesn't looked "hacked", even under close scrutiny. Some wear around many of the inserts – common for a pin this age. Even this is not too bad (just a thin “outline” of missing color)
Paint has slight “checking” or “planking” or whatever you call it. It's not bad and is also typical for a machine of this age.
New rubber throughout and brand new plastics. Also has a brand new vortex ramp and decals.
All bulbs working. Many have been replaced but not all.
Machine works 100% including visor which has never had any problems. When visor is down, it is nice & level with playfield. Ball doesn't hang up on any high spots because there aren't any.
Cabinet looks good. Minor touch-ups here & there. There is a gouge on the front near the coin door which has been touched up. The cabinet has been clear-coated at some point. Looks pretty good.
Topper looks OK and works as it's supposed to. There is one crack on the clear left end piece, but no holes, etc. The middle red section is in great shape.
The only thing different from when I got it is the new rubber, plastics, ramp and one flipper switch replaced. Otherwise it is as I received it.
