(To be held in conjunction with Subvets Annual Convention)

September 9 thru 12, 2009

 

1. Reunion cost information: Cost includes Hospitality Welcome, Reunion Banquet, and Association Dues

3. Hospitality Reception: There will be a casual get-together in Hospitality Room Thursday evening, Sept.10.

There will be hors d’ oeuvres and beverages.

4. Reunion Banquet: The dinner will be Friday evening, Sept.11 at the Resort.

5. Resort Information: Our host will be the Town and Country Resort, San Diego, CA.

6. Ship’s Store: There will be a Ship’s Store set up in the Hospitality Room with a selection of hats, shirts, etc. for sale.

Proceeds will go to the SSBN 634 Association treasury.    

7. Business Meeting: A business meeting to determine the future of the association,       and select a date and site for the

next reunion, on Saturday, 12 at 1000, will be in the hospitality room. All members should attend.

8. 50-50 drawing: Tickets for the 50-50 are $1.00 each, seven tickets for $5.00. The winning ticket will be drawn at the

banquet. The winner will get 50% of the proceeds and the other 50% will go to the Association. You do not have to be at

the dinner to win. The winning number will be posted in the Hospitality Room Saturday morning, Sept. 12th, and the winner

may collect the winnings there.
