Why wool?
We put each sweater through a felting process in order to create a denser and sturdier material for greater warmth and better construction. In order to felt properly and efficiently, our sweaters must be 100% wool with no nylon, acrylic, or cotton yarn gettting in the way.

Why cotton?
Each wooly scarf and pair of fuzzy mitts are lined in 100% cotton to provide a soft touch with a no-itch feel. We just can't get the same efforts from tees made of blends.

Do you ever use new sweaters and tees?
No, we use only used sweaters and tees and recycle them into functionally useful products.

What about your packaging?
Our product bands are made of recycled brown kraft paper.

Gross, why would I want used sweaters and tees?
Each sweater and tee is thorougly washed to bring you nothing but soft, clean and fun mitt/scarves/plush. So, don't let this be an excuse not to reuse!

Can I order more than one of the same pair of mitts/scarf/plush?
No. Our fabric is limited by how much material can be used in each sweater and tee. This makes each item inherently unique. So, once it's gone, it's gone. But this gives you a one-of-a-kind item with each purchase you make.

I have a great sweater that I'd like you to make into mitts/scarf/plush. What should I do?
We cannot be responsible for damage to personal property and, hence, we cannot accept your sweaters or tees for a custom order.
