Professional Home Inspection Services

Complete Home Inspection

A Complete Home Inspection is a comprehensive professional, objective visual inspection of the mechanical and physical condition of a home.

Home buyers today view inspections as a way to gain valuable information about the biggest purchase of their lifetime. It helps them to determine whether there are major deficiencies or system inadequacies before the sale is completed, so there will be no unexpected surprises, or large financial burdens later.

Our inspections examine the condition of hundreds of items in your home, or future home.

This includes components of the plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems that are accessible. In the case of single family homes and whole multi-unit properties, the exterior walls of the building are inspected along with the roof, roofing structure and drainage systems, garage, foundation and other structural items. Home inspections are not intended to point out every small problem or any non-visible defects in a home. Most minor or cosmetic flaws, for example, should be apparent without the aid of a professional. The home inspection should not be confused with an appraisal, a municipal code inspection, or a guarantee of any kind.

Pre-Sale Seller's Inspections
In today’s competitive housing market, a pre-sale home inspection has become a great selling tool to make your home more attractive to homebuyers. With an inspection, you can include a link on your web site listing that say's "See the Home Inspection" and use the report as a selling tool, and get your house sold fast!

Our inspector will review with you the inspection results. If issues exist, you can choose to repair or correct certain issues and have a re-inspection (at a small fee) in order to clean up the report before it is included on your web site listing. Why work so hard to bring in a buyer, only to have them bring in their own home inspector who will discover existing problems? This often results in inflated estimates, a lost sale opportunity, and lost time. Have your home inspected before you list your home.
