We accept orders online, via email or telephone:


  • Order online using our interactive order form. The order will be emailed to WaterMark immediately and we will contact you promptly to schedule an inspection.

  • Call or email us to arrange your home inspection.

  • Print out an order form, complete it and drop it in the mail. ( PDF file)

Appointments are scheduled to assure that our inspectors are never rushed to complete an inspection. Complete inspections normally are between 2 and 3 hours in length. Inspection appointments are typically made between 10am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

Please rest assured that all email correspondence will be responded to in a timely manner. WaterMark prides itself on demonstrating principles of integrity, honesty and professionalism. Your personal information will never be shared by WaterMark.

We also take pride in staying current with digital technolgies. Therefore, we have replaced outdated fax technologies in our office.

Payment
At inspection, clients are asked to sign an inspection agreement and submit payment before the release of the inspection report.
