The primary business of Brandywine Stables is to provide boarding services for a maximum of 38 horses. These services include the choice of full or partial board with the private use of an 11x11-foot indoor stall, day and/or night turn-out in green pastures (with or without other horses), twice daily feedings, stall cleaning, and close monitoring of each horses' health and safety. Several stalls can be doubled in size (11'x22') for larger horses if necessary.
Besides these basic boarding services, horse owners may take riding lessons on the property from certified, private instructors. Two riding rings are available for this purpose; one is a jump field and one is for riding dressage. There are also trail and bridal paths for riders who prefer riding outside the rings. A round pen is available for training purposes.

Other services that are made available to the owners include secure tack storage, use of an air-conditioned lounge with TV for video viewing, and a refrigerator for storing food items. Large wash racks with cross-ties for grooming, and fresh water are always available. A twice monthly delivery of hay and grain is provided for those boarders who wish to purchase their own feed.
