Hi! I'm Michele Weyer, the Jazzercise instructor in Menomonee Falls. I'd love to have you come and join us at Jazzercise, the total body conditioning program that's going to make you look and feel terrific! Jazzercise combines cardio, strength training and stretching to provide a truly effective workout in a non-competitive environment, and guarantees to make fitness fun! You will be challenged, not intimidated and are encouraged to work at your own pace. 	There will be an Express Class on Thanksgiving Day at 9 am. Please bring a nonperishable food item for the Menomonee Falls food pantry.
