Full Title: To divorce and separate Abner Glore and Nancy Glore, (formerly Nancy Swinney) his wife.
BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and after the passing of this act, there shall be a divorce between Abner Glore and Nancy Glore (formerly Nancy Swinney) his wife, according to the laws of this state regulating divorces.

Notes for SUSAN GLOER:

Susan was second wife of Wilson Penn Berryman. They were divorced in 1860. Madison County, GA Court records from July 1860 thru March 1861: Susan sued for divorce and Wilson was order to pay her attorneys fees and $5.00 per month in alimony. In 1861 the divorce was authorized and she was allowed to keep the items she had taken, 1 cow, 10 sheep, 1 bed, bedding and stead, 2 chests, 2 tables, 1 spinning wheel.
