ANDREW JACKSON WILLIAMSON (son of JOHN WILLIAMSON, JR and WINNIE CAMP) was born 23 Jan 1815 in Jackson County, GA, and died 23 Mar 1862 in Jackson County, GA. He married NANCY EVELINE KINNEY on 20 Nov 1845 in Clarke County, GA, daughter of SAMUEL KINNEY and MARY WILLS. She was born 09 Oct 1825 in GA, and died 24 Feb 1902 in Jackson County, GA.

In the name of God Amen I Andrew J. Williamson of said County and State being now of sound and disposing mind and memory Knowing that all men must die do in view of death make and declare my last will and testament in manner and form following.
First I desire that all my just debts be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon after my death as she can according to law.
Second I Give to my wife Nancy Eveline Williamson all my estate both real and personal after paying my debts during her natural life or widowhood and desire that she shall make such advancements to any of my children on their arrival to the age of twentyone years as she may in her Judgement deem right and consistent with her circumstances and such advancements if any should be made to be accounted for according to law by the child or children to whom made on a final distribution of my Estate which I deem shall take place on the death of my wife among my children equally and according to law, but in the event that my wife should again Marry it is my desire that my Estate by then imedeatley divided she and my children severally sharing equally in the same.
Third I desire that if my wife should again marry letters of administration with my will ..... shall be granted to some other than the man whom she may have married so that even Justice may the more continuely be done to all parties in the division of my estate.
Fourth I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my wife Nancy Eveline Williamson my Executrix to carry out this my will and I hereby revoake any and all other wills which I may have heretofore made.
In witness of all which I have hereinto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 8th day of November 1858

Mr. Andrew J. Williamson, living about 3 miles from this place, had the misfortune to lose a good frame dwelling house by fire on Monday night about 12 o'clock. The house was only partially insured in the Phoenix for $400. Origin of fire not known.
