I James McDaniel of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.
Item first. I desire that my body be buried in Bethany Church grave yard by my first wife.
Item 2. I desire that my wife Mary have all she had when I married her and all she has made since and I desire also that she has a years support and four hundred dollars to be kept in the hands of my executors and she to have the interest only, the same being in lieu of Dower, and at her death the four hundred dollars to be equally divided between my bodily heirs.
Item 3. I desire that my executors fix my grave up in like manner into my first wife.
Item 4. I desire that all my just debts be paid and the remainder be equally divided between my bodily heirs.
Item 5. I hereby constitute and appoint my sons J. J. McDaniel D.R. McDaniel and E. C. McDaniel Executers of this my Last will and testament.
