In Memory of Henry Omer Hosch.
Henry Omer Hosch, son of Russell A. and Tabitha Hosch, was born at Hoschton, Ga., October 26, 1878, and went to live with Jesus September 20, 1899. Omer is with an infant brother, who has been beckoning him to come nineteen years. He joined the Methodist church when about fourteen years of age, and was a faithful member until his last sleep. His pure and beautiful life gave evidence to all that religion was his chief concern. Omer always wore a smile, and had a kind work for every one, although he seldom enjoyed perfect health, and could see but very little. Brother Omer's sweet music will be greatly missed. The songs he used to sing and play for us with so much felling will never make us happy again, but the memory of them will ever last. Omer's record shows that he was one of the best boys in every respect that ever lived in this world. He was good, noble and true. It seems too hard for us to have to live without him, for he was such a true comforter; and when I think of this the only hope I have is that, "He knoweth best, and be it life or death, 'tis well." Our severe loss is Heaven's eternal gain. God needed dear brother's sweet voice to help sing praises. His life was too pure and sweet to be in this sinful world. The sweetest flower was soonest chosen - why, we hope to know some happy day. Omer leaves father, mother, four sisters and two brothers, and many relatives and friends, to mourn his death. God grant that our whole family will meet our brothers in the beautiful land, where there is no night, no sorrow, no death, and where friends and kindred long parted meet again, we feel sure you will come to greet us.

HOSCHTON, Ga., Sept. 21 - Mr. Omer Hosch, one of Hoschton's brightest young men died yesterday about 12 o'clock after an illness of a few weeks of typhoid fever.
