Canandaigua
WHEN: 9:00 a.m. arrival time to allow time to park, walk to beginning of parade, and warm-up
10:00 a.m. step off promptly as the first unit in the parade.
WHERE: Enter Canandaigua on Route 332 (Main Street) going south.
PARADE LINE-UP Ontario Street near the County Courthouse at the corner of Main and Ontario Streets.

PARKING Park at the end of the parade in the Parkway Plaza.
You may also park at the beginning of the parade in the large parking lot behind the courthouse, although this is not recommended. From Main Street turn left on Ontario Street. It will be blocked. They will let you through because you’re in the parade. Park in big parking lot on right. You will be guided.
DIRECTIONS FROM CANADAIGUA TO GENESEE COUNTRY VILLAGE Exit Canandaigua on Routes 5 & 20 heading west.
Stay on route 5 when routes 5 and 20 split.
Stay on route 5 in Caledonia and follow the traffic circle to Route 36 north to Mumford.
Follow Route 36 to Mumford
At the flashing traffic light in Mumford, turn west onto George Street, which becomes Flint Hill Road
The museum is on the left about one mile from the flashing light.

GENESEE COUNTRY VILLAGE
WHEN: 12:00 pm parade line-up or ASAP from Canandaigua
WHERE: Park in the back lot near the maintenance shed. (Go through the front parking lot and ask for directions to the back lot. You turn right into the "authorized vehicles only section" and then turn left and keep driving.)
SCHEDULE (approximate): Noon: - Parade line up
1:00 - Parade (Sousa's Famous "street book")
2:00 - Concert at the big tree in the middle of the village square following the ceremony.
3:00 - Ceremony - Davis Opera House (#47)
BRING: Chairs will be provided for the concert
Bring your own stand, or use your lyre
CONCERT MUSIC:
Bring all your music, since we tend to be flexible and may change tunes.
