Bert Sommer Links
A mysterious performer from Woodstock. I have had a helluva time trying to find out about him. In my book, he was a songwriter who, until his death in 1990, played with the bands Left Banke and Ultra Violet.

- LINK NOT WORKING... but there was a small write up on The Krofft Supershow, a live-action musical cartoon kinda things from the minds of Sid and Marty Krofft. The notes say that a Bert Sommer played the role of a character called Flatbush.

- ANOTHER DEAD LINK :( - But it used to say that Bert Sommer wrote the the 'A' side single for a Walter (later Wendy) Carlos produced band called Childe Harold. The song was called "Brink Of Death"
