"La Casa Amarilla"!

We bit the bullet and bought a bigger house, but still in Albany so we can still walk to many things. 5 Lawnridge Avenue was built in 1918 and has lots of period charm. It was extensively and tastefully (thankfully) renovated by the previous owners.

We now have room for the kids and for guests, and have more garage spaces than bedrooms (which is ridiculous, but convenient).

"The Yellow House"!

The house is on a double lot, so we have an outrageous amount of yard by in-town Albany standards.

The back yard is fenced and sports a huge oak tree. It makes a great playground for the boys.
