Current Employment

Since 1984 I have been employed with Diebold Incorporated. My current position is Principal Software Systems Engineer. I specialize in Windows systems design and integration. I work in software design and integration of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) software applications. Diebold ATMs are x86 PC platforms with proprietary expansion hardware added to control ATM devices. My work is focused primarily on satisfying the needs of manufacturing, service, and end users in the software products we produce. I have been working with teams of engineers in the design of new technology for Diebold ATM systems. Currently designing software that operates a bulk currency accepting device, using eXtensions for Financial Services (XFS). This work is being done collaboratively with a team of developers located in the US and India. I also provide requirements development, system design and system analysis work for ATM software products at Diebold. I am actively interested in Linux and use it both at home and at work.
